First things first. I’m not here to tell you how to live your life.
I’m not a therapist or a mentor or a consultant. And I’m not going to “fix” you because – here’s the thing – you’re not broken. And even if you were, I wouldn’t deign to be any sort of expert on your life. I’m your equal and I’m here to simply support you on your quest for something. This could be a desire to lose weight, find more creativity, make more money, spend more time with your family/friends/four-leggeds, get more exercise or whatever’s gonna help you feel better about yourself and your life. Because the truth is, we all drift off course. I’m here to help you get back on course.
And I’m here to be your support system.
I’m the person with whom you’ll celebrate your successes. But I’m also the person to whom you’ll be accountable when you don’t quite meet those goals. Don’t worry. There will be no screaming, gnashing of teeth or shaming. I’ll just help you get back on track in an encouraging and supportive way which may or may not include chocolate.
